Young puppies from the ages of 8 - 16 weeks are in a critical socialization period, and benefit from a wide range of experiences to help them become the best they can be. Our drop-in Puppy Enrichment Daycare is uniquely designed to provide a safe, clean, structured & educational environment for your puppy to learn important skills such as:

• Appropriate play with other puppies of a similar age

• Introduction to puppy friendly, staff owned, trained adult dogs

• Body handling & tolerating basic grooming

• Reinforcing good manners with people (not jumping up, not biting or mouthing)

• Name recognition and rewarded recalls away from playtime

• Positive exposure to novel surfaces, sounds, toys, and textures and health safety equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and crutches

Offered every Saturday from 3:00pm - 4:30pm, our Puppy Enrichment Daycare is managed hands-on by our certified trainer, Bethany. Your puppy will enjoy a rotation of activities designed to be both fun, gently challenging, and educational. We will also provide you with some information handouts to help you support your puppy’s socialization outside of the session. This class is a great addition to our Puppy Private Lesson package and prepares your puppy for introduction to our standard Daycare!

All puppies must have at least one round of DHPP (distempter/parvo) and one Bordatella vaccine to participate. The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior supports early puppy socialization.

$35 per session, or buy a 3 session package for $75

How do I sign up?
1.) Use our Online Scheduling system to sign up for the Puppy Enrichment Daycare class of your choice.
2.) Bring your puppy’s most current vaccination records to the first session. Feel free to bring some of your puppy’s favorite training treats as well!
3.) You will drop your puppy off at Doggie Zen Den between 3-3:30pm, and pick up by 5:00pm.
